What should you ask before booking a party room?
- Is there a room fee or a food and drink minimum? Get the number in writing.
- What's the real capacity, seated and standing?
- Can you order from the full menu, or only a set package?
- Is parking free, and how far is it from the door?
- Who answers your inquiry, and how fast?
Ask us the same five. Our room takes 10 to 30 guests, you order from the full menu, and parking is free.
When should you book?
Sooner than feels necessary. Holiday dates go first, and Google searches for restaurant rooms for big groups in the Denver area peak in October, so late-November and December Fridays are the ones to lock down now.
How many people should you plan for?
More than you think. One guest booked a rehearsal dinner for 13, needed 16, and had 3 more show up on the night.
“It was my sister's rehearsal dinner and I thought I reserved a table for 13… We actually needed 16.”
Jaimie J., on Google
Give us your best guess and your worst case. A room set for 20 that fills with 16 is easy; the reverse isn't.
How does booking work here?
Send your date, headcount and occasion through the form on the party room page and we reply by email. Or call (303) 284-4228. For food, wings by the 20, 16-inch pizzas and half pans of nachos go a long way for a crowd.
